We are moving some hosting accounts to a new server in the coming days and wanted to advise you of the change.

This does not apply to all of our customers and in any case, there is nothing you need to do and we will advise you when the migration is complete.

We would prefer that you don't call as we may have several support requests at any given time and the fairest way to deal with them is in turn as they are submitted.

This is a necessary change in order to keep everything compatible with the latest server technologies and you can fully expect improved performance and security as a result.
