Reports of rejected emails to the major free email providers along with Telstra Bigpond addresses are becoming more prevalent.
Your account will have valid SPF and DKIM records set up by default however some providers may require DMARC records running on your domain to validate the sender. The DMARC standard is used by email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL, Hotmail, Outlook and so on.
If you have experienced problems sending to any of these addresses, I recommend creating DMARC records for your account. If you aren't confident doing this yourself, let me know and I will set this up for you. There is no charge for this, so send an email to email@example.com to have your settings updated.
