Orders by phone, fax, or email cannot be accepted.
All orders must be fully paid online prior to order dispatch.
Your payment options are PayPal, Visa, & MasterCard. Payment by cheque or EFT are not acceptable as they are too time consuming & tend to delay our normal fast order turn-around.
If you wish to use your AMEX card you can do so via PayPal
RETURNS POLICY: Note our returns policy is not unconditional. See below.
Goods incorrectly supplied or Faulty Goods:
Such goods will be exchanged at no cost to the customer. This includes all freight charges associated with re-supply of replacements & the return of goods incorrectly supplied.
NB: Returned goods must be complete & in the condition as supplied & must be returned within 30 days of date of invoice. Goods returned outside 30 days may be replaced at our discretion only.
Goods incorrectly ordered by the Customer:
Please be advised that all A4 sheets are manufactured ‘to order’. Hence your orders are custom-produced to your needs. Due to our vast range of label options & the varying demand for those options we do not carry shelf stocks. EVERY order is CUSTOM PRODUCED for you, the customer.
If our sales history shows that the goods you wish to return are re-saleable within a reasonable period we will definitely consider accepting the goods back for exchange.
Goods deemed exchangeable will be exchanged with all costs being borne by the customer. Apart from the obvious freight charges, a handling fee of $15.00 + G.S.T. per return will apply.

RE-DELIVERIES due to premises being unattended:
If goods are delivered during normal business hours & premises are unattended we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee. This will only occur if the carrier charges us a second delivery fee.
NOTE: If premises are going to be unattended, goods can be left but only at the customers request. However all responsibility is on the customer & no claim can be made on Labels On Sheets or their courier.
